Conversion services

Did you switch to Axis from another vendor and already have years' worth of clinical data, but in a different system or application? That's no problem—our data conversion services seamlessly integrate your historical data to PATS. We've converted data from most vendors and have a dedicated team to take care of your conversion needs, leaving you with a comprehensive database that makes longitudinal analysis a snap.

Interface Development

Interfaces can save time and resources for data capture and entry while enhancing accuracy. Our ADT interfaces allow continuous, real-time transfer of demographic data that is shared across registries.  TCP or batch file transfer protocols with various file formats (ASCII or XML, for example) are also supported. We have experience with inbound demographic interfaces from most hospital ADT and EMR systems, including:

Hemodynamic interfaces for input and update of Cath Lab case data are also available. We have interface templates that map all available data elements from the leading hemodynamic systems into the ACC CathPCI registry. Our standard hemodynamic interface templates are easy to install, requiring minimum setup and configuration. You can opt to customize the interface and map additional data elements.

We develop custom interfaces from Laboratory Systems, PACS systems, EMRs, financial systems and many others, based on mutually-developed specifications. We work with all the common file formats, including XML, HL7, ASCII text, and we develop real-time or batch interfaces.

You can schedule interface services during implementation, or later, as an optional module purchase. All interfaces operate in conjunction with the PATS Interface module.

Custom Registry Development

We can build you any number of custom registries—to track everything from a brief clinical trial to an entire patient population with decades of patient follow-up data.
