application (and limited versions thereof). Allows automated electronic
transfer of data, real-time or batch, inbound or outbound, between
PATS® and wide variety of information systems, such as ADT,
lab, hemodynamic monitoring, EMR, charting, OR, practice management,
finance/billing and pharmacy, among others. Compatible with standard
HL7, XML, ASCII and other file formats. TCP/IP address and acknowledgement.
Requires
custom
interface template(s) built by Axis Clinical Software for system-to-registry
data mapping.
Embedded add-on to PATS® Flagship
application (and limited versions thereof). Journals
all additions, deletions and changes to data, user privileges and
security settings/events, as well as logins/logouts. Records date/time
stamp, client workstation
IP address and user name. Sophisticated drill-down reporting. Interpreted
by many healthcare organizations as essential for HIPAA compliance
and research protocol.
Embedded add-on to PATS® Flagship
application. Allows batch electronic import of delimited data from
external sources to any number of registries and fields in PATS®.
Ideal for data needed or available periodically, as opposed to
frequently or in real-time. Also capable of serving as conduit
for data captured from scanned documents such as patient questionnaires,
surveys, data collection forms, H&Ps and op notes. May be used
for one-time conversion of historical data.
