PATS® Import Module

PATS® Import Module offers you the ability to import data to a PATS® registry from any source delimited file.

PATS® Import Module is ideally suited to data available on a periodic basis as opposed to a frequent or real-time basis, for example: cost accounting figures, external or internal benchmarks, state department of health statistics, insurer claim payments, medical society or specialty board guidelines, reimbursement rates, normative measurements, or the like. You may also use PATS® Import Module to convert historical data.

You have total control of the data transfer process. You first create a template that maps data from a source delimited file to a target PATS® registry. Once the template is complete, you initiate the data transfer process whenever desired. A few button clicks is all it takes!

Additionally, PATS® Import Module is capable of serving as a conduit for data captured from scanned documents such as patient questionnaires, op notes, data collection forms, H&Ps, discharge summaries and SF Health Surveys. It is compatible with TeleForm® as well as other document management systems.
