PATS® Import
Module
PATS® Import Module offers you the ability
to import data to a PATS® registry from any delimited file.
It is ideally suited to data needed on a one-time or periodic basis
as opposed to a real-time basis.
Data sources can be internal or external, large or small . . .
everything from a commercial EMR to a home-grown application, even
an Excel spreadsheet. There are no pre-requisites or restrictions
regarding type or amount of data. You
may also use PATS® Import Module to convert historical data
and to build directories of physicians, devices, medications, procedure
codes, etc.
You have total control over the import process. You begin by creating
a template that maps data from a source file to a PATS® registry;
once complete, you may initiate the import process whenever desired.
A few button clicks is all it takes!
Additionally, PATS® Import Module is capable of serving as
a conduit for data captured from scanned documents such as patient
questionnaires, surveys, data collection forms, H&Ps and op
notes. It is compatible with TeleForm® as well as other document
management systems.
