Consulting on outcomes data management
program and process development. Scheduled at time of initial implementation,
before PATS® Basic Training. Equivalent of two to five days
(more, if desired), some onsite, some offsite. Facilitated by Axis
Clinical Consultant. Custom agenda encompassing, as applicable:
planning and goal setting for supported clinical and business initiatives;
staffing and environmental resource assessment; guidance on workflow
and protocol for collection, entry, validation, cleanup, analysis,
reporting and presentation of data; guidance on registry design
and/or customization, including optimal data structuring; guidance
on methods for ensuring data integrity and user compliance; guidance
on identification of internal and external constituents, including
expectations and related deliverables. Summary report of findings,
recommendations and success criteria.

initial implementation, after PATS® Advanced Training. Equivalent
of two to five days (more, if desired), some onsite, some offsite.
Facilitated by Axis Clinical Consultant. Custom agenda encompassing,
as applicable: evaluation of user compliance, data integrity, process
efficiency, program effectiveness and goal attainment; guidance
on applying appropriate statistical tools to appropriate clinical
parameters to create meaningful information; one or more educational
courses on high-level data mining, analysis, trending,
benchmarking and reporting. Summary report of findings, recommendations
and success criteria. Executive and service line briefing.
