exclusively, scheduled
at time of initial implementation, following PATS® Basic Training
and go live (i.e., date of first productive use). Delivered after
creation, refinement and use of target PATS® registries, to
allow for exact data mapping specifications. Facilitated by Axis
Technical Projects Team. No limit on number of data fields. Requires advance
review of data specifications and de-identified sampling of several
dozen patient records, to determine viability.
Development of custom interface templates to
support electronic transfer of data between PATS® and any number
of different host systems. Scheduled at time of initial implementation
or add-on purchase. Delivered after creation, refinement and use
of target PATS® registries, to allow for exact data mapping
specifications. Facilitated by Axis Technical Projects Team. Compatible
with standard
HL7, XML, ASCII and other file formats, operating in conjunction
with PATS® Application
Interface Module and/or PATS® PalmLink™. Ideally
suited to ADT, lab, hemodynamic monitoring, EMR, charting, OR,
practice management, finance/billing and pharmacy
systems, among many others. No limit on number of data fields.
Development of custom import templates to support
batch transfer of data to PATS® from any number of different
source applications. Scheduled any time, upon request. Delivered
after creation, refinement
and use of target PATS® registries, to allow for exact data
mapping specifications. Facilitated by Axis Technical Projects Team.
Compatible
with standard delimited file formats, operating in conjunction
with PATS® Import Module. Capable of functioning in concert
with TeleForm® and
other scanning or document management systems. No limit on number
of data fields.
Design of custom
PATS® registries for any area of specialty,
subspecialty, patient population, disease state, research study,
department, clinical pathway, or other criteria. Scheduled any
time, upon request. Facilitated
by Axis Technical Projects Team in concert with Axis Clinical Consultant.

on clinical, business and analytical objectives as well as data
specifications.
Design of custom
reports, macros or document processor templates for any one or
more PATS® registries. Scheduled any time, upon
request. Facilitated by Axis Technical Projects Team in concert with
Axis Clinical Consultant. Requires collaboration and agreement
on clinical, business and analytical objectives as well as data
specifications.
Installation of
PATS® and Caché applications. Delivered
onsite. Scheduled at time of initial implementation or
add-on purchase. Typically one day, two if necessary or desired.
Facilitated by Axis Technical Services Engineer. Includes loading,
testing and debugging at server and client level to ensure proper
functionality; assistance with setup of security and network permissions;
and guidance on design and scheduling of backup routines.
